Pensacola Beach Blue Angels Air Show Charter

There are few if any annual events happening on the Gulf Coast that my family looks forward to more than the Blue Angels Pensacola Beach Air Show. In fact, we’ve made this trip from Fairhope Alabama by boat each of the past 20 years. This year, we’re offering the Blue Angels Pensacola Beach Air Show as a feature Charter so your family can enjoy this spectacular event.

Schedule of Events for the 2025 Show

July 10th – Blue Angels Full Practice Show over Pensacola Beach

July 11th – Blue Angels and Civilian Acts Full Dress Rehearsal

July 12th – Blue Angels Pensacola Beach Air Show

With three different options, if want to see the U.S. Navy Blue Angels perform their precise maneuvers and formations and hear the thunderous roar of the Boing F/A-18 Super Hornet and prefer to avoid huge crowds and heavy boat traffic, Thursday (7-10) is the perfect day to go. We refer to this as the “local’s show.” The Blues Angels will perform their full show starting at 2:00 p.m. without the civilian stunt planes performing in advance.

This is the captain’s favorite Blue Angels Charter because it is just an added event to a great day on the water. You can experience other fun things in-route to the show including anchoring to swim on sandbars, dolphin sightings, light fishing, enjoying a great brunch with your favorite beverage or sightseeing while cruising our pristine beaches.

Friday (7-11) is the full show (dress rehearsal) including the civilian stunt planes. The show starts at 12:00 p.m. and the Blue Angels will fly at 2:00 p.m. Crowds and boat traffic are significantly less than the official show on Saturday which allows us to leisurely cruise over to Pensacola Beach. The civilian show is a terrific prelude to the Blue Angels. They are very entertaining as well, and a terrific prelude to the Blue Angels with acrobatic stunt planes, helicopters and sky divers who also perform all over the country.

Saturday (7-12) is SHOWTIME! Same show as the dress rehearsal except thousands flock to the beach overflowing parking lots and causing a logjam on the Bridge. It's a sight to see! You'll completely avoid this logjam by boat. Hundreds of vessels of all kinds will anchor on both the Gulf and Inland side of Pensacola Beach to watch this show. It’s a full day affair! We target the inland bay side and get there early so guests are within wading distance to the beach giving them access to restrooms and eateries. Whether you prefer watching the show from the beach, the boat or just floating around in the water, rest assured, there isn’t a bad seat in the house!
